• Suitable for 18 years and over.

• We do not allow alcohol or drugs to be consumed on our investigations. The Paranormal Antics team reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the investigation that they deem under the influence with no refund given.

• Smoking and vaping is dependant on the venues T&Cs. Vaping is not allowed during investigations to reduce contamination of evidence.

• "Serious Investigators" must bring their own equipment, we do not supply any equipment.

• "Friends and Family" investigations work the same as our normal investigations but are slightly less scientific and possibly with larger groups (reducing the cost for all attendees).

• The cost of all investigations is only the cost of the venue divided between investigators, e.g. a £200 venue with 10 investigators will cost £20.00pp (excluding PayPal charges, see below).

• PayPal transactions will add on a £1.05 fee, this is due to ticket prices only covering venue charges.

• We always use multiple audio and video recordings and photos throughout the whole investigation, by attending you are agreeing to us using the footage for both private and promotional use online (also, don't talk about anything you don't want us to hear and have a record of).

• You must pay in full when booking, this is to reduce the risk of personal financial loss for the team. If you cancel within one month of the investigation your money WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. This is due to the cost of the investigation being divided equally between all attendees, it is not fair that others should have to pay more at the last minute.
